Monolith Le Chef

The Monolith Le Chef, also known as The Big Chef, is the largest ceramic grill of the Monolith family. Anything is possible with the Monolith, and with the Monolith Le Chef, you can now cook more than before in a variety of ways - from grilling, smoking and baking to refining and drying.

This particular variation of the Monolith is the standalone Monolith Le Chef, available in black or red. The Monolith Le Chef is available for purchase with a steel cart for easy manoeuvring and an optimum height for cooking, and side shelves for convenience.

The Monolith Le Chef includes:

• Second level grid
• Deflector stone and lift
• Pizza stone
• Smoking chip feeder system

Constructed from hire fire ceramics with an outer surface glaze that is spectacularly resistant to weathering, the durability of the Monolith is superior.

The Monolith is also available as a smaller ceramic grill, the Monolith Classic, or smaller yet, the Monolith Junior.
