For premises wanting to add both warmth a stunning visual impact, our exclusive range of Gas heaters offers both in abundance; from flickering dancing flames, to ornate and timeless heating styles.
Heaters are designed and produced with quality in mind, with robust and strong exteriors and some of the highest waterproof ratings available within the UK market place which will provide fuss free and low maintenance heating solutions to suit almost all outside commercial spaces.
The Great British weather does not generally tempt anyone to spend any longer outdoors than is absolutely necessary, especially throughout the colder months of the year.
So how do you offer comfortable ‘alfresco’ dining all year round?
By adding an infrared patio heater, or gas garden heater, you can offer your customers incredible warmth all year round, and extend the use of your outside dining areas.
The ideal solution is just a few clicks away!
With a wide variety of different infrared heaters available throughout the Shadow range, we have a heater to suit almost all domestic or commercial outside spaces. From ultra-low glare lamps to advance Bluetooth controls, we have the right solution for you.
Heat Outdoors understands that deciding upon the right heaters for your restaurant or café space can seem tricky, so here are some helpful consideration points:
The Shadow infrared heaters will generally always produce more heat and cover a wider area. By utilising infrared directional waves, warming persons and objects only, you get heat exactly where you need heat to be. You also won't have any of that heat floating away and disappearing into the air above.
There is absolutely no doubt that Gas heaters look beautiful, and really do offer a wonderful relaxed ambience and feel. Heat wise, they lack the immediate burst offered by the infrared heaters, instead offering steady low-level close-range warmth. Gas heater remain an immensely popular focal feature point for commercial outside spaces, attracting customer in.
This depends! How warm would you like the space to be? Do you want the opportunity to utilise your outside space within the coldest hours, and within the colder months of the year? We roughly base our specification calculations on the ‘rule of thumb’ that 1kw of heater will cover an area of approx. 1m x 1m. We would increase or decrease this based on the heat level looking to be achieved.
Most heaters within the Shadow infrared range which are 3kW or under, will come with a standard 13amp 3 pin plug. Each heater will require a dedicated 13-amp socket, if you are simply looking to plug heaters into existing sockets that you already have available.
We always advise, if you are looking to install multiple infrared heaters, that you contact a qualified electrician to fully assess your electrical capacity, before deciding on the heating solution that will suit you best.
