Heat Outdoors are now able to ship products to most parts of the world within a matter of days. For VAT exempt customers, please telephone or email us and a special order will be prepared for you. Due to varying shipping costs and methods all orders outside of the UK as well as Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isles may carry an additional postage charge.

Key facts regarding our delivery process
- Our products are delivered by DHL on a Free 1-3 Day Delivery, unless another specific delivery option is selected at check out,
throughout mainland UK.
- Delivery is free for 1-3 day option on most products; however some larger items do carry a surcharge.
- Our system will email you a delivery confirmation and DHL send a delivery confirmation text with a time slot. Tracking of the package is avialable via the DHL website.
- 'Next Working Day' applies to orders received BEFORE the 1.00PM deadline, otherwise delivery
will be the following day before the specified time.
- Saturday deliveries are non-standard and orders placed on a Friday or after 1.00PM for NEXT DAY SERVICE on Thursday will be
delivered the following Monday.
- Heavy items may carry a surcharge. Delivery costs are calculated in full once address details
have been given.
- Saturday delivery can be arranged on any day (up to 1.00PM on Friday) to be delivered the
following Saturday.

- Standard 1-3 days delivery is free or charge (exemptions apply for delivery outside of mainland UK, wholesaler orders on account and heavy duty items)
- Standard Next Business Day Before 6pm weekdays only is charged at £6.99
- Next Business Day Before 12.30pm (weekdays only) - £12.99
- Saturday Delivery Before 12pm - £25
