Orders for Europe can be placed directly on line or by telephoning our expert sales staff on +44 1279 466500. All orders outside of the UK as well as Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isles carry an additional postage charge which is calculated at checkout before you are required to pay. For VAT exempt customers, please telephone or email us and a special order will be prepared for you.

Key facts regarding our delivery process
- Our products are delivered by DHL on a 'Next Working Day' service
throughout mainland UK.
- Delivery is free on most products provided the order value is over £100. For orders below £100 there is a charge of £7.99 per order.
- Our system will email you a delivery confirmation and DHL send a delivery confirmation text with a time slot. Tracking of the package is avialable via the DHL website.
- 'Next Working Day' applies to orders received BEFORE the 2:00PM deadline, otherwise delivery
will be the following day before the specified time.
- Saturday deliveries are non-standard and orders placed on a Friday or after 2.00PM on Thursday will be
delivered the following Monday.
- Heavy items may carry a surcharge. Delivery costs are calculated in full once address details
have been given.
- Saturday delivery can be arranged on any day (up to 2:00PM on Friday) to be delivered the
following Saturday.
