The Heatmaster U3 comes standard with Ruby infrared lamps with an approximate life of 1,000 hours. These lamps are just as efficient as the more modern gold units and provide the same amount of heat and are recognisable by the warm deep red glow the give off.
Upgrade to Gold infrared lamps for only an additional £49.99. The Gold lamps last for 5,000 – 7,000 hours and give off a much more subtle pink/cream glow.
